Foundation for Education and Social Dialogue Pro Civis took part in the 10th Annual Forum of the European Union Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR) which was held in Gdańsk on 12-13 June 2019. Hundreds participants mainly from: academia, business, EU institutions, internationals organizations, local government institutions, NGOs, regional government institutions met together to discuss the challenges of the Baltic Sea Region. The meeting was attended by representatives of: Poland, Belarus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Russia and others. (more…)

On 3-6 June 2019 another benchmarking visit within the international RDI2CluB project took place. This time, the Polish partners had an opportunity to host the foreign project partners. Representatives of four countries from the Baltic Sea Region, such as: Finland, Norway, Latvia and Estonia could observe the potential of food processing and wood construction in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship. April 18-20, 2018 Biobased Delta is like a Silicon Valley just that the focus is on the bio-economy. This geographically concentrated, internationally linked meta cluster,  a network, in fact, of several clusters (including the sugar cluster and biobased clusters organized around specific applications, technologies and feedstocks) – made a huge impression on all and every participant of the visit. Marshal of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship - Adam Jarubas, President of the PRO CIVIS Foundation for Education and Social Dialogue - Tadeusz Pęczek, Director of the Regional Science and Technology Centre - Michał Piast, as well as representatives of the Busko-Zdrój poviat and municipality, and Solec-Zdrój commune signed a Letter of Intent, thus expressing their willingness to cooperate on Project implementation.
