Target groups of the Project are: regional authorities, research and development institutions and business support organisations of partner regions, as well as end-users namely small and medium-sized enterprises operating or wishing to operate in the bioeconomy area.
The project is also addressed to the CSOs, NGOs, and consumers – especially in the partners areas.
